I'm a graphically oriented coder, or a graphic designer blessed with an analytical mind - choose your pick. Seriously into UX/UI-development with an emphasis on responsive design and well thought out style architectures.I'm on my second decade of being non-stop on the front lines of user interface design and development, and there is no end in sight. I see my mission as working as a bridge between design and development, bringing the two worlds together.To paraphrase Brad Frost's excellent description of a frontend designer (http://bradfrost.com/blog/post/frontend-design/), which I think describes my role quite well:- I understand UX principles and best practices, creating flows, and planning scenarios, but may not spend all my time conducting research.- I have a keen eye for aesthetics, and sometimes spend my time pouring over font pairings, comparing color palettes, or creating illustrations. - I can write presentational JavaScript, but may not spend all my time writing application-level code, wiring up middleware, or debugging.- I understand the mechanics and importance of backend development, but seldom spend my time writing backend logic, spinning up servers, load testing, etc.I'm fascinated by elegant style solutions, be they visual or programmatical - and strive to produce ones too.
