After finishing my career in hockey, I decided to change direction and enter the business world. As a sales representative, I discovered a flair for communicating with customers. I enjoyed meeting them, listening to their needs and finding the best possible solutions for them. I transferred my experience in sports to a business environment where I learned how to work as part of a team, be disciplined and relentlessly strive to achieve goals.Gradually, I discovered the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time, which has advanced my career significantly. Taking on the responsibility of managing the branch operations, coordinating the team, meeting set goals and ensuring continued growth has taught me important management skills. I take an active role in recruiting new employees and motivating the team, constantly striving to strengthen their skills and engage them in a common effort to achieve common goals. I use my organizational and multitasking skills every day to achieve optimal results and keep the branch running efficiently.In the coming years, I intend to continue my journey in managing the team and the branch, while constantly striving to improve my skills and knowledge.
