Collaboration Strategy and Engineering:• Manage team of engineers responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of Collaboration products and services. This includes SharePoint, Lync, Video Conferencing, Unified Communications, Conference room collaboration and cloud technologies.• Responsible for creating and delivering the strategy for Collaboration projects as well as the integration for other communication technologies (chat, messaging, cloud services, social hosting solutions, Office 365, Box Enterprise, video streaming, Lync Enterprise Voice). • Set strategy & direction for the externalization of products and services in the Collaboration space including Lync Federation, Lync Mobility, SharePoint connectivity and access over public networks.• Focus on delivering innovative and emerging technologies within a very large and complex environment.

Messaging Engineering• Managed team responsible for the design, strategy, and implementation for Messaging Environment. The environment supported 75K mailboxes, 150 servers and appliances. The teams responsibilities included the engineering and operational functions for the Microsoft Exchange Environment, Mobility applications (GOOD, BES, MDM), Enterprise Fax, Email Encryption, SPAM filtering gateways. • Developed three year strategy for department for messaging technologies. This included new product evaluations/Proof of Concept pilots, and platform currency.

Windows Engineering and Hardware. VDI infrastructure.• Lead engineer for the Windows Server Environment consisting of 3000 servers. Responsibilities included the Operating System build creation, and installation/deployment.• Responsible for the Windows Server Hardware qualifications/certification. This included the strategy and deployment of OS hardware drivers, agents and firmware.• Worked as the Primary Server Engineer responsible for the design and configuration of the backend compute environment supporting the Virtual Desktop environment.
