I am a man who launches new processes in the company. In more than six years at Dodo I've changed several different roles and launched many projects. My current responsibility is an Information Security domain. I have led the company through PCI DSS audit and I am responsible for security processes, practices and technologies at Dodo.Previously, I was responsible for people and development processes in few of our teams (something like Engineering Manager). I was focused on burnout problems and building new teams and communities. For 2 years before I worked as Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - our team were responsible for the reliability and stability of all the company's services. Some of my projects as SRE: – Development of the internal PaaS platform over Kubernetes. I've worked on unification of the way how our developers can deliver and manage their microservices (GitOps, ChatOps) – Design and implementation of the SLI/SLO system, including technical solutions, processes and their implementation in the development teams. – Describing our dev-infrastructure as code with Terraform, with deployment pipelines and tests.Another interesting project was setting up the Load Testing process in the company, where I combined roles of the PO and technical expert, and managed outstaffed team of performance engineers. What's more? I had 8+ years experience as .NET developer. In Dodo I developed back-end for the top-rated app with a millions users (Dodo Pizza). It was a full-circle development from API design to post- production maintenance.I gained experience in load testing, monitoring, protection against hacking and DDoS attacks and operational experience with on-call support.
