With a team of 2, we've built the MEDIALAAN video player for web, featuring ad integration (FreeWheel - client-side ads, Yospace - SSDAI, ...), various measurement and tracking integrations (CIM, Youbora, ...), various formats (HLS + AES, HLS + FairPlay, DASH, DASH + DRM, MP4) and support for most major browsers both on web and mobile, Chromecast support. Coded with modern Javascript (ES2017), Webpack, React, Babel.For the record, what started as a side project (tv-guide component in React) is now the most visited page on vtm.be(/tv-gids)!
