EvenUp's mission is to help personal injury victims get justice, irrespective of their income, access to capital, or legal representation. We use machine learning to help personal injury victims and their attorneys achieve better outcomes in their cases. For attorneys, we provide software that helps them better understand how much their lawsuits are worth, arming them with data for principled settlement negotiations. For personal injury victims, we provide litigation and pre-settlement financing for their cases so they can pursue litigation without settling early or incurring crippling debts.

Led and built Data Science team for the Supply Team, a large sub-organization focused on driver growth, engagement, and retention. Focused on creating a culture of evidence driven product development emphasizing long-term outcomes, building frameworks for increased automation and collaborative reuse of tools, elevating the level of rigor in experimentation design and execution, and consistently producing novel high-impact exploratory models and analysis directly leading to insights in long-term growth and marketplace balance that radically changed the strategy and resource allocation of the Supply Team. Also acted as Data Science Tech Lead for the Network Optimization group (2014-2015), advising on economics related products, including the surge pricing algorithm, UberPOOL, supply positioning, and marketplace balance.

Founded the data science team at Quora. Built the team's data infrastructure pipeline (from logging servers to Hadoop cluster to analytics querying and caching abstractions). Head of analytics for the Growth Team (2011-2013); derived and implemented a novel population dynamics growth model used as a top level metric across all company teams. DRI and head of analytics for the popular weekly digest email product (2011-2013). DRI of experiment design standards and co-designer of Quora's experiment framework. Started and led the Exploration & Development Team (2014), focused on applying innovative tools and modeling for high-impact analyses.

Founded and ran the US subsidiary of Oceanize, Inc., a Japanese advertising company. Hired and ran advertising sales team, led business development and logistics infrastructure.
