I started my career in IT 16 years ago with end user support and Linux junior system administrator. I worked in all levels of the support chain and know the burn of each one of them, at present sharing product ownership and engineering tech leadership roles on a team that supports more than 100k computers.Current responsibilities includes leading an agile team of 8 engineers; designing and maintaining security automations and cyber-protection of Azure connected zero trust computers; responsible for protecting 100k+ computers by designing Group policies, processes, addressing security vulnerabilities, deploying agents to endpoints and administrating cloud based security products, monitoring tools, authentication mechanisms and productivity applications and finally, automating endpoint security compliance with focus on increasing the organization productivity, allowing users to do more without worrying about their computers or the safeguard of their company or personal data.I’m an natural self-learner, with the curiosity to learn how things works and interact with each other who can effectively communicate with technical and managerial personnel, whose focus is delivering the best user experience solution, anticipating problems and automating protections while respecting industry security standards.Some of the Skills I hold:- Deep understanding of complex infrastructure- Azure - Windows endpoint cloud connection and security settings management. - Azure Active Directory - User identity, group access and device management, Intune Desire State Configuration. - Azure packaging and distribution - Starting with Intune and Auto Pilot- Starting with DevSecOps with emphasis in SecOps- Solid knowledge in Windows Defender Firewall- Long term experience with Windows OS client, Active Directory Group Policies, custom configurations, automations, Troubleshooting techniques and its tools, Endpoint Security.- SCCM Endpoint management (100k+ endpoints): - application deployment, application packaging, endpoint compliance and baselines- Robust experience with PowerShell scripting.- Basic Development: C#.
