• Develop and manage the CSM department strategy: - Define development axes and priorities. - Outsource some actions: manage training and external agents (up to 90 agents in one day) during peak activity periods. - Manage the CSM collaborators (5 employees). - Oversee the CSM department: KPIs, optimize processes (AI implementation), conceptualize and develop the call management tool linked to the database. - Identify and synthesize client bugs and needs for inter-team resolution. - Support the deployment of large accounts to adapt processes before handing them over to CSM teams: European Parliament, CNED, CCI, SESAME competition (12,000 remote candidates for 4 exam launches in one day).• Executive Committee: participate in strategic decisions and monitor the company's activities (prioritize the product roadmap, participate in team recruitment).• Quality Referent (ISO): obtain ISO 9001 certification (achieved in 2021) - define internal company processes, map them out, and implement tracking tools for renewal.• Contribute to product development: participate in the complete overhaul of the solution with ONEPOINT, advise on major product evolutions (testing for bug reporting/user experience advice).

Development awareness raising and education NGO- Organise the conference "Education for Global Citizenship" in partnership with UNICEF on 2 days in Brussels, 110 participants: Logistics management (list of participants and relative information, booking hotel, restaurant...), answering participants' emails, management of the welcoming desk during the conference
