As a behaviour consultant at Riverside School Board, I apply my psychoeducation degree and psychosocial skills to support students, teachers, and parents with various behavioural and emotional challenges. I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized intervention plans, monitor progress, and provide feedback and recommendations. I also work as an assistant basketball coach at Collège Montmorency, where I help young athletes develop their physical, mental, and social skills through sport. Before joining Riverside School Board, I was an elementary school teacher at Central Quebec School Board for three years, teaching grade 1 and 3 at Dollard-Des-Ormeaux School. I strive to create a positive and inclusive environment for my students and clients. My core competencies include communication, problem-solving, empathy, and teamwork.
