In my research I use (longitudinal) quantitative survey data, experimental paradigms, semi-structured interviews and measurements of heart rate. • I am part of the wellbeing committee in my University department that implements changes to improve employees’ wellbeing in my department. We used data from a department-wide survey to detect issues that affect employees’ wellbeing and formulated an action plan that introduced new policies in the department.• Supervision of several MSc students doing their research project and teaching practical sessions for undergraduate course.

• Postdoctoral researcher in the Oxford Centre for Emotions and Affective Neuroscience, leading research projects on risk and protective factors for anxiety and unhealthy eating behaviour.
