Current-Lead a team of Recruiters focused on the search for qualified candidates in Java, Full Stack, UI Dev, DevOps, UX Design, Mobile, Cloud, and Data Analytics. -Develop relationships with local Software Engineer organizations and user groups.-Monitor and document the performance and progress of the recruiting team.-Continue to perform the duties and responsibilities of a Technical Recruiter. Technical RecruiterSeptember 2004 - December 2007-Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, certifications, and job skills.-Search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using professional networks, employee referrals, computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, and other media tools. -Focus on building a solid database of pre-qualified consultants, constantly maintaining a relationship with placed consultants.-Attend job fairs and college campuses to recruit for various clients/projects.
