I am well experienced Manager with a strong history of working in the TV Broadcasting industry.Skilled in Post Production and Technology.At the moment I am responsible for a large scalable Post Production facility, managing:- production park with the set of:68 NLE stations (50x Avid MC and 18x FCPX) based on dedicated central storages, 14 Avid Pro Tools recording and editing studios (NLE, post sync, sync FX, VO, dubbing), 5 Blackmagic daVinci Resolve CC stations, 8 MQC Dalet MAM stations,2 Avid Interplay and 1 FCPX Central Ingests (including sport news), 2 Avid Interplay PAM and near archive system management-back office:1 Production Planning dept.1 Billing dept.1 Agreements dept.1 Technologist and asset management dept.The scale of the staff that I manage is about 234 employees (including our editors, B2B coworkers and back office).At the moment I am working on advanced cloud solutions for collateral editing, VFX and graphic design studio for post production, investment policy and public procurements and new technologies for 4K and UHD editing systems.I am always looking forward for new challenges, always helpful and open minded with new ideas for the future of Broadcast and Post Production.
