During our time abroad, we held an event called Indonesian Cultural Night: Serasi (Semarak Ragam Seni Indonesia). In this event, we performed a drama about an Indonesian princess who falls in love with her prince and the obstacles that they have to go through because of that! Besides that, we also held a batik workshop event, played Indonesian traditional games, solved treasure hunts puzzles, and cooked few Indonesian foods for our audience. As an event coordinator, my responsibilities include:- I joined the Scriptwriter team therefore I help to concept an idea from scratch with my colleagues and transform it into a theatrical drama script. - I joined the Cast member so I perform in the drama as a narrator.- I joined the Traditional Games sub-division and I coordinated the traditional games event. I worked with my colleagues to plan what type of Indonesian traditional games that might intrigued the audience and asked the audience to play with us.

Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan is a non-profit organization that focuses on improving education quality in many schools in Indonesia, especially the ones located in rural areas. My responsibilities in here includes:- Having a one-on-one session interviews with several teachers from all across Indonesia to get to know more about their teaching experiences in rural areas in Indonesia.- Writing one article on Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan website about the obstacles that a teacher had gone through in schools- Volunteering twice in schools that are located in rural areas such as Islamic Boarding School Irsyadul Anam and Nanggulan 2 Junior High School

Schoters is an ed-tech startup from Indonesia to facilitate everyone to get into Universities worldwide.As a Talent Management Officer, I have many assignments to handle, which include:- Conducted quality assurance and quality control to over 100+ mentors and teachers in Study Abroad Academy program and Menlo School- Conducted one-on-one session with 15+ mentors to gain more perspective about their difficulties regarding problems that they experienced in Schoters- Matchmaked over 500+ students with over 100+ onboarding & dedicated mentors- Maintained and designed Menlo School mini website- Managing SAA and Menlo whatsapp account as an admin- Offered over 50+ webinars and seminars projects to Study Abroad Academy mentors- Created over 20+ copywritings to communicate to Study Abroad Academy program mentors and Menlo School teachers- Conducted scholarships training and Focus Group Discussion session for Study Abroad Academy mentors- Created birthday card greetings for mentors as a retention tool to engange and retain mentors

Ministry of Student and Career Development is one of many ministries in BEM KM UGM that focuses on preparing UGM students before entering their career.As a Director of Human Resources department, I have many tasks to handle, which include:- Talent acquisition: arranged interviews, coordinated hiring efforts, and onboarded over 20 new members.- Talent management: maintained employee records, training managers, and supported over 30 members' mental health and wellness.- Creating and involving in projects that supported members well-being such as bonding and malam akran (malam akrab).- Conducted the first Learning and Development Program (Work Ethics in Organization) to increase members' soft skills in learning.- Appointed the most well-skilled directors and staffs in Best Staff of The Month program.

BEM KM UGM is one of many student organizations within University of Gadjah Mada. BEM KM UGM strives to be the catalyst for student movement that is impact driven, scientific and measurable oriented by implementing student governance to increase the effectiveness of absorbing aspirations, implementing programs and ensuring responsiveness objectivity in escorting campus, regional, and national issues. Several activities I participated in during my time as the Staff of the Ministry of Inovation and Artistry Development:- Evaluated and resolved employee performance-based claims and harassment incidents. - Identified employees' needs, developed learning program, and evaluated learning process, and communicated to all members to ensure members' capability level.

UGM ASEAN Society is a student-run organization focusing on ASEAN based in University of Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Here are several activities I participated in during my time as the Vice Director of Event and Program Department UGM ASEAN Society:- Maintained adherance to event requirements through effective delegation, prioritising and management of all production phases, from concept to execution. - Drove project meetings, planning and follow-up task delegation to achieve deliverables.- Managed production and approval of over 5 project plans (including webinars, podcasts, tiktok videos, newsletters, Instagram stories) and methods.

PPSMB Psikologi Rumah Kita is an official campus orientation and introduction activity for new students at the Faculty of Psychology UGM. Several activities I participated in during my time as the Staff of Co-Facilitator Department:- Worked with patience and flexibility, adapting to over 10 freshmen students needs to maximise mentoring potential.- Built and nurtured positive relationships with mentees, developing trust to enhance mentoring success with adequate communication and presentation skills.

UGM ASEAN Conference (UGMACon) is one of the flagship events held by the UGM ASEAN Society. The UGM ASEAN Conference aims to bring together policy makers, practitioners, and academics working in fields relevant to ASEAN with youth from ASEAN member countries who are concerned about the sustainability and future of ASEAN. My tasks as Staff of Event and Programs Departement is planned and organised over 200 invites and participant registration. I also managed conferences with team-work.

The Aces Indonesia is a welcoming platform that strives for youth-to-youth empowerment through uplifting projects. Several activities I participated in during my time as Volunteer of Human Resources Department:- Created Safe Place for You, platform to support over 30 members' well-being and needs in the organization.- Created Farewell party and Staff of The Month programs.- Held upgrading program for members in The Aces Indonesia.- Helped HR team build and maintain organization culture focused on recruiting and supporting over 5 top talents.- Solved internal problems with communicating and addressing members needs.

Bioskop is an extracurricular in SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta for students who are interested in learning the production and process of film-making. There are several projects that we produced during my time in this extracurricular. In those projects I've had experience as the director, scriptwriter, director of photography, and director of art. One of the project that I've done as a director is the production of music video "Sunflower".

Forum Ilmu Komunikasi is an extracurricular in SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta for students who are interested in radio-broadcasting, conducting journalism practices, creating both wall-magazines and physical book magazines.

Thalassic is an annual event held by SMA 28 Jakarta for art and sport event competition.
