I'm handling Vivo products Purchase Order which requested by modern channel. I make sure the available quantity based on type and color, contact finance department for payment and warehouse for shipping, lastly, I send email to the modern channel which contain a list of IMEI and the warehouse address. I use Excel for most of the task, such as, PO weekly arragement, PO stock and sales quantity recap and monthly program, which will be used for tracking sales on each program given to modern channel to increase buyers product intereset by giving several option like leasing, promotion gift, bundling and clearance program.

I manage, organize and do updates on internal databases, regulation and information using excel and word very well. I also do some message sorting from other division as well.
