Analyze user and potential user input.Create detail engineering drawing and solid modeling using HI-CAD and Auto CAD.Generate technical details of machines for production people as per Project requirement.Project scope matrix, schedule, implement and monitor.New initiative/ innovative idea development within or outside work area.

Responsible for generate 3D drawing, Assembly, drafting and simulation. Developed first model for Stenter machine with live movement which cause to secure some export order from clients.Convert all old 2D files in 3D modeling file with Assembly and drafting cause excellent CAD data management facility to the organization.

Responsible for key Design and Development of exiting and new machines.Drafting, Assembling and Animation of the various motions in pre-development phase with CAD CAM software like Solid Edge, and Auto Cad.Generation of the Tool path as per 3D modeling through 2D Machining in NX-4 (UG) CAMManaging database for the entire Product Development project.
