• In house design review and execution of fire protection system. • Responsible for erection and commissioning work for Firefighting system, gas separation system and hydrant system. • Responsible for preparation of design data sheet, Quantify BOQ and BOM, Material selection and FAT for project activity. • Key responsible for Government and official liasoning work of fire protection system for Manufacturing industries, Commercial buildings, Residential project and Hazardous chemical storage system.• Execution of all equipment piping (ASME B31.3 & IS 1239 standards) as per P&ID & isometric with its relevant test.

Project team member for Green Field Project with P&G joint venture at Sanand location.• In house design review, execution and maintenance of fire protection system.• Responsible for erection and commissioning work for Purified water distribution system up to validation and qualification activity.• Responsible for Execution, commissioning work and maintenance of HVAC system. • Key responsible for utility piping & hook up with equipment. • Execution of all equipment piping (ASME B31.3 & IS 1239 standards) as per P&ID & isometric with its relevant test. • Execution and review of pipe rack with its structure. • Review & inputs in process P&ID, piping lay-out, Isometric, ULD & GA drawing. • Perform FAT for utility equipment. • Co-ordination with internal departments for smooth project progress as per Gantt Chart.• Preparation of qualification protocols as per USFDA & MHRA standards.• Making SOPs in Gloria software.

Successfully execute API plant project at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited, Chatral. • Detail designing and final review of HVAC system like heat load sheet, duct layout, Air flow diagram, AHU zoning, Pressure zoning, temperature & RH zoning.• In house designing, execute erection & Validation activity of HVAC system with its ducting & piping. • Erection & commissioning of process and utility equipment.• Execution of all equipment piping as per P & ID & isometric with its relevant test.• To co-ordinate with QA Department to maintain Quality as per guide line.• Supervision of external engineering resources and specialist technical services subcontracts under guidance of the Project Manager. • Preparation document like FRS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, RQ, CRF & QRM if any as per guideline. • Preparation of Purchase Requisition as per BOQ in SAP system.• Co-ordinate with internal department & Design consultant
