A witness of a journey from developing a software project to analyzing, planning, managing, and delivering it to the client, aka the project manager!I perceived a degree in software engineering and started my career as an iOS developer. Along the way, I worked on a bunch of technical projects as a project manager. Fast forward a few years - I am a delivery manager at Funfull today.Through my various roles, I have gained a wide variety of transferrable experience and skills, which I have been able to apply to my current role as project manager. I have adapted well to the career change due to my ability to acquire new skills quickly, a keen willingness to learn, and the drive and enthusiasm to succeed. I am an avid knowledge seeker and a tenacious advocate for the teams that I lead.As a project manager, I have worked on a variety of projects for mobile apps, the web, and the IoT. Delivered small, medium, and large-scale projects from the evaluation phase to final delivery. Handled 20+ team members of various technologies to achieve organizational and customer objectives.It has been my passion to work with and collaborate with people and organizations that help them achieve their goals. I believe organized and clear communication can solve every problem. I’m a big believer in structured communication and try to incorporate it into both my personal and professional lives.I’m constantly learning new skills. For better or worse, this also includes skills outside my career as a project manager.
