Current•Monitor and modify the vision system of Keyence and Cognex camera systems.•PLC (Omron and Allen Bradley) program troubleshooting and modification for better performance of automated lines. Time reduction in change-over tooling and parameters using Lean methodologies.•Designed poka-yoke parts and procedures for various assembly and machining operations with the Automation and Quality team.
