Customer Solution Unit Head
Current- Ensuring the business processes in the Customer Solution Unit run well in accordance with predetermined SLA.
- Carry out pre-sales activities to support sales in achieving company targets (technical meetings, technical proposals, PoC & making BoQ calculations).
- Identify customer needs & suggest solutions or technical recommendations.
- Providing input for business development by identifying future business opportunities.
- Conduct Marketing Research according to the Company's Industry SD-WAN principal partnership management (Registration, renewal, BoQ, pricing, event).
