-Created and designed the Chapel Hill American Primaries Project (CHAPP), a data collection project that collected and analyzed text data from the websites of all congressional primary candidates in the 2018 and 2020 elections (N=3,000)-Managed a team of 25+ undergraduate and graduate student researchers in the collection and cleaning of data-Developed and executed on-boarding process and continued training for all student coders while implementing communications and logistical coordination around events and trainings

-Published two academic articles in political science journals (Political Research Quarterly, The Forum) as well as an invited book chapter (In New Directions in Congressional Politics) -Designed experimental studies run in nationally-representative surveys and employed advanced statistical methods, including text analysis, to present findings at department and national conferences-Coordinated, coded, and tested UX/UI experience for multi-researcher surveys on survey platforms (i.e. Qualtrics) and organized implementation of data collection strategies with survey aggregation companies. -Developed grant applications for research projects and received over $25,000 in awarded funds-Created written and visual content about political communication strategy, electoral analysis, political behavior and public opinion

-Supervised the onboarding and implementation of ASP’s college access programming across the International Leadership of Texas Charter System (ILTexas) including providing ongoing training for ILTexas advisors-Served as a liaison between ASP leadership and International Leadership of Texas leadership-Developed and implemented college access programming for grade levels 9-12 for high schools in the Dallas Independent School District and International Leadership of Texas Garland-Managed the college application and financial aid process for 300+ high school seniors yearly, including providing editorial support to students on college essays, applications, and FASFA applications-Built relationships with college admissions counselors and organized and executed bilingual campus visits and parent meetings about the application process, the financial aid process, and college enrollment-Organized logistics for district-wide college fair, application and financial aid events and managed communication with district contacts as well as college admissions representatives from across the country-Served on the government relations committee of the Texas Association for Admissions Counselors (TACAC). -Assisted with the planning of student advocacy days at the Texas state capitol.-Attended national conferences about college affordability and access (NACAC and NCAN)-Provided SAT/ACT preparation courses for high school juniors-Conducted reviews of FASFA applications and award letters to assist families with discussions about long-term college affordability
