The Ludres facilty manufactures small and medium volumes of customized electronic boards mainly for nuclear power plants.Directly reporting to the site leader, I am managing 3 teams (30 employees) : manufacturing, testing and repair. I am responsible for ensuring 0 accidents, best possible OTD and productivity, class 3 A-610 IPC Quality and low cost of poor quality.

My first rotation assignment in Logistics Department (Materials Management) focusses on the definition and implementation of a new standard outbound logistics process, from tendering phase to shipment, for 5 different product lines. This new, lean process will reduce both transportation associated cost and waste time, through proactive anticipation of logistics requirements and risk assessment.
