Responsible for the establishment and management of an account base of hospitals, medical centers and specialty practices throughout New York, Pennsylvania and Florida for this company providing document management services. • Initiate and develop relationships with hospital and practice administrators to introduce and review corporate portfolio of services. • Prepare and present proposals using various economic models and tools to illustrate the positive impact on hospital's projected cost savings and overall increase in staff productivity. • Oversee the integration and launching of services into existing hospital operational systems; direct and support regional field support staff to ensure compliance with all customer service standards in processing account requests for insurance documents. • Establish contacts and capture new business opportunities through extensive networking with industry related professionals. • Maintain ongoing communication with client and support team. • Conduct random audits of medical record requests and client billing to ensure all services are in compliance with mandated HIPPA regulations and corporate standards.

Responsible for fixture counts from blueprints, ordering fixtures and making sure they we delivered to the job site correctly. I was responsible for any problems on the jobsite with the fixtures and all aspects of customer service.
