Use LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Brightmove ATS, and Indeed to source candidates for several Reqs. Communicates via email to all internal staff and external clientele. Responsible for all weekly reporting of metrics to individual clients who need to know the status of our job search. Utilizes Excel to display all necessary information both visually and quantitatively for our executive director to see. Performs phone screens and review of resumes to find qualified candidates, and facilitates PI assessments to further assess their personalities and best fit for the client company culture.Gathers all information needed for weekly meetings and provides an internal company report on how NHN is doing in a snapshot to our CEO and consultant team. Attends weekly meetings either in person or via zoom. Builds out Ad-Hoc reports to accurately track information and adapts it to a readable format for our executives to look at and assess.

Performed daily tasks to further the growth of the New Hire Now staffing and recruiting arm. Utilized SmartSheets and Excel to record KPIs weekly. Facilitated background checks and communication surrounding the accuracy of administration work. Created tables and graphs to visually display our KPIs in a meeting format. Led weekly standup meetings on behalf of New HIre Now where I coordinated with all the recruiters to get information on weekly fills, submittals, interviews, and so on. Performed invoicing and ATS updates on a monthly basis. Updated system techniques to more accurately display our information to current and future clientele.

Managed multiple teams in both front desk and coaching roles. Spent 60+ hours a week updating KPIs, running stat reports, managing social media accounts, member relations, driving sales, connecting with ownership, marketing our product, training staff, recruiting staff, maintaining a clean and active facility, engaging current members, and personal training members.
