As a Human Resources executive, I build HR operations and implement people strategies that achieve strong results while maintaining legal compliance and best practices. This is achieved by partnering with management to do what is best for the organization. Working with stakeholders at the most senior level, I influence, challenge, and support business practices, initiatives, and operations. Within 6 months of joining Exela Technologies I was selected to receive the National Summit Award for transforming the company’s Human Resources function. I have also been recognized by senior management at various organizations for excellence in implementing key initiatives related to HR systems, policies, and procedures, learning and development, organizational change, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and hiring. Over the course of my career, I have implemented strategic initiatives for companies while ensuring legal compliance. For example:--I ensured a more positive employee experience so that policies are consistently implemented company-wide by developing administration, procedures, and handbooks.--I enhanced employee engagement at Abilis by establishing self-service options through ADP Workforce Now, which also provided leadership with crucial data for hiring and operational analysis.--I improved the workflow for requisitions, employee reviews, and interviewing for Exela Technologies by creating training modules for managers so they could easily navigate through Workday. I also redesigned the selection criteria, which enhanced the candidate experience and then enhanced the quality of candidates.
