I was the co-owner and creative director for Square Roots for the time that I was actively involved in the store. During that time I created window displays, contracted new artists, developed strong business relationships with our vendors and customers, managed our employees, and planned retail events for the store. I integrated sustainable and "eco-friendly" products into our inventory as well as locally-made and American made products .
