In my current role, I design, develop, and deliver programs aimed at improving leadership and management skills of district employees through training, assessment, and engagement to improve individual, departmental, and district results. I guide the district in establishing new special education, transition services, health services, and counseling services for student, families, and staff. In 2007, I was retained to establish and monitor SOPs for screening, placement, evaluation, assignment, and reappraisal of students participating in special education program. Key Contributions: - Recruited and hired new social workers, psychologists, teacher consultants, behaviorists, and 3rd-party contractors. - Onboarded and trained new hires on curriculum development, learner success strategies, and methods of measurement. - Boosted team's productivity 25% by collaborating with team to create new learning & development strategy.

During this time frame, I delivered motivational coaching, mentoring, and advisement to school district leaders, college professors, and business owners. Key Contributions:- Identified and closed learning gaps by designing innovative learning experiences, and conducted performance assessments to measure training effectiveness.- Developed effective training and improvement plans on employee engagement, work cultures, values, and mindsets.
