I am a hands on customer centric individual with creative approach to problem solving and customer interaction technique.Coming into the current role without technical educational background or a ton of technical professional experience was by design. I bring the client's voice and their expectations with utmost clarity into the business, a very strong focus on the end user, agility, coordination coupled with COMMITTMENT and comfort in challenging the status quo. This is a hat I am proud to wear well.I build strong personal relationships between me and colleagues from all sides of the business, from CEO to marketing to business development teams to product development squads to scrum masters to product owners to finance and administration. I am a team lead in developing business through service delivery and client relations.I also happen to firmly believe in the transformative power of mentoring and coaching, especially when I look back at those confusing times in my own life—like when I felt like the biggest imposter in the room, or when I was paralyzed by fear at unfamiliar career crossroads. My hope is that I can be not only generous with lessons I've learned throughout my (delightfully non-linear) journey, but also share firsthand experience as a lady who has risen up the ranks to be in a senior executive role of a regional software projects technology SME business.
