Create, implement and deliver a comprehensive, grade specific (K-4), Social Emotional Learning program that focuses on pro-social learning and developmental discipline using PBIS strategies.Assist children with difficulties in the classroom including learning disabilities, behavior problems and mental health challenges. Write 504 Plans to provide necessary accommodations for students with non-learning disabilities.Work with teachers to assess the needs of students and coordinate services for children. Work with parents to develop strategies for children exhibiting behavioral challenges that interfere with their access to curriculum.Provide counseling services and small group targeted interventions. Maintain student records and transcripts according to federal law. Follows administrative guidelines for the school district.
