About Maureen Clancy

For the past 20+ years, I've been helping people heal from trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, and Gate Passages -- my term for times of enormous life changes.I've created the Gate Passages framework to help women with childhood trauma navigate big life changes, using a somatic (meaning starting with the body) approach and the latest in neuroscience. I'm certified in EMDR since 2008. Trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (certified in progress), Internal Family Systems, and AEDP. I'm a yoga teacher (RYT-200), Reiki Master/Teacher, 30-year meditator, and flower essence maker under my company White Ray Flower Elixirs.I mentor therapists in how to prevent burn-out and love their work by strategically running their private practices like CEOs rather than like therapists.I provide clinical supervision for therapists on bringing the body into trauma treatment, honing their skills in treating trauma.I provide consultation to therapists who want to incorporate alternative healing into their clinical work.
