In January 2017, I was offered a transfer opportunity to become the manager of Equinox California. In this new role, I am responsible for managing multiple branch operations, leading a larger team and needing to develop and execute marketing plans on a regional basis to achieve sales goals and increase customer satisfaction. In this role, I have learned additional leadership skills and management experience, and have been successful in developing and implementing strategies. I am good at coordinating the collaboration between different branches, and have established positive relationships with regional customers, increasing customer loyalty and increasing sales.

After graduation I joined Equinox as a branch manager. In this job, I manage the day-to-day operations of a fitness center, including managing the team, developing marketing plans, increasing sales and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Not only do I need to ensure the efficient operation of the facility, but I also need to build positive relationships with employees and customers to increase customer retention and employee loyalty. During my tenure as Branch Manager, my team won a series of awards such as Best Sales Team and Best Customer Satisfaction. I also actively drove the execution of marketing plans and successfully increased client base and sales. This job has improved my leadership and management skills and given me a better understanding of how the fitness industry works and is managed.
