I started as a Lodging Clerk in 1999 and from there trained as a Law Costsdraftsman. I have experience in various areas of Law. The main areas being Family, Housing, Dispute Resolution, Inheritance Act, Immigration and Court of Protection claims. At present my expertise is structured around Legal Aid Family claims, High Cost Case Plans, both Private Law and Public Law Proceedings, together with preparing Dispute Resolution Costs Estimates and Bills for Detailed Assessment. I am experienced and proficient using CCMS for all types of claims and have good technical abilities. My knowledge of the Legal Aid Regulations and the changes surrounding the procedures to claim costs is constantly updated to ensure the quality of my work remains consistently high. Everyday sees a new challenge within this ever changing environment.
