Volunteerism Implemented nationwide customer experience process for volunteer onboarding as part of a high-performing team of proven organization-wide leaders with subject matter expertise in volunteer management.  Served as forward-facing staff to prospective volunteers and partners across the country and collaborated with colleagues to design and implement innovative volunteerism strategies.  Facilitated cross-functional team to create recruitment strategy for bilingual volunteers in the Miami, FL market to increase transportation services to Spanish speaking patients.  Served as a change management leader for the adoption and integration of the largest nationwide systems change in the organization’s history Provided leadership, training and resources to staff to support the effective mobilization and engagement of volunteers throughout the volunteer life cycle of recruitment, development and retention.  Facilitated process and planning to determine messaging and tools necessary for leadership volunteers transitioning to new roles based on new organizational structure. Created and implemented volunteer recognition plans for National Volunteer Week resulting in a significant increase in personal recognition to volunteers year over year.  Managed and facilitated training, program delivery and volunteer recruitment for volunteer coaching program.

Talent Development, Training, Coaching and Facilitation Developed and operationalized Learning and Development department from the ground up. Program design and delivery included new staff onboarding program and orientation, new supervisor orientation, diversity training, and brand training.  Facilitated professional development focused on enterprise-wide core competencies utilizing various delivery methods including classroom and virtual learning.
