Supporting, educating, and empowering Canadian Building Professionals and policy makers to achieve the highest levels of environmental performance, Maureen has been involved with the Enbridge Savings by Design Program since 2012. She works with various stakeholder and industry experts and brings a high degree of professionalism to the Integrated Design Process (IDP) through her experience in consulting services and program delivery. Maureen has held Senior Management positions in both the public and private sectors. She has over 18 years experience in leading large projects and has worked with leading professional services firms. Maureen has demonstrated expertise related to large-scale project management, corporate strategy implementation, financial management, contract management, regulatory support, business integration, and process improvement.
