Practice Manager
Current- Oversees direct day-to-day operations of multiple service lines (Severe Behavior, School Consultation) and service locations, including access, patient throughput, staffing, and resources. (Supported also ABA Therapy Services, Language and Learning Clinic, and Early Intervention between 2019- 2022)- Partners with a multidisciplinary team of clinical professionals, including psychologists, behavioral therapists, speech and language pathologists to provide high quality autism services to families in need.- Develops and implements efficient referral management, scheduling procedures, resource allocation, and process improvement initiatives, resulting in an increase in patient capacity while improving patient outcomes.- Collaborates with insurance providers to ensure expedient service authorizations, timely service reimbursement, resulting in a reduction in claim denials.- Manages the budget and financial performance of the practice, achieving an increase in gross revenue year-over-year.- Maintains compliance with all relevant regulation standards, ensuring a safe and effective clinical environment for patients, families, and staff.- Fosters strong relationships with families and caregivers, ensuring clear communication and support through initial referral to treatment.
