Worked with Midlands regional cardiovascular programme team to improve cardiovascular treatment pathways, improve access to biologics treatment for patients with respiratory disease (severe asthma), inter-hospital transfers and elective recovery as part of the Cardiovascular Pathway Improvement Programme (CPIP). My role involves me working with various stakeholders from patient groups, charities, primary care, Integrated Care Systems Leads, District General Hospitals NHS trusts, tertiary trusts, subject matter experts, NHS regional and national programme teams to reduce mortality rates of cardiovascular and respiratory patients. I have been involved with deploying various transformational change programmes, amongst which is the recently successfully lunched Acute Aortic Dissection (AAD) Regional Rota Implementation in the Midlands region.
