Media relations and crisis communications for the office of the Deputy Prime Minister. Provided counsel for senior management in planning and administering public relations/marketing/advertising strategies. Selected to chair an international committee that markets one of Canada's premier environmental programs on The Great Lakes.

Highlights included overseeing the Department's role in the reopening of the Art Gallery of Ontario's launch party for 5,000 people and formulating communications strategies.
