The Foundation’s main objective is to assist our local health professionals in offering the highest level of patient care possible. Working hand-in-hand with the Centre intégré de santé et des services sociaux de l’Outaouais (CISSSO), the board of directors directs our funds to support better health care in the following health institutions: Wakefield Memorial Hospital, Residential and long-term care centres (CHSLD), Local Community Service Centers (CLSCS) located in Cantley, Chelsea, La Pêche and Val-des-Monts. We receive donations from our member-supporters and raise funds to invest in better health care in the MRC district of des Collines.
