Facilitated in launching the startup Compass brand and business from onset to an established Allsteel + DIRTT dealer. Founded the design department with efficient, highly organized procedures, document templates and department standards within time and budget constraints. Assisted in building clientele by collaborating with architects, independent designers, facilities managers and clients. On boarded new designers with training in systems furniture, interior partitions, structural integrity, software tools, building codes, accessibility standards, electrical and media specifications plus coordinated workload and prioritized department deadlines.

Expedited space expansions, space downsizing, maintained project schedules. Retained by CEBI post contract to lead a three person design department supporting commercial furniture sales. Developed ISO Certification establishing and implementing certification practices and reports.

Represented firm to secure account base of commercial real estate brokers. Provided tenant fit plans for contract lease documents and construction documents. Gathered and translated prospective clients brand and workspace criteria then provided feasibility study, project scopes, space planning, FF&E utilization, and coordinated building color schemes for property management.
