Throughout my 20 years in the men's retail industry, I have been fortunate enough towork in store environments where I had the opportunity to learn and provide excellent customer service. I learned that understanding your customer is the key to success and I keep that knowledge with me for every task that comes my way. Now that I am working outside of the store environment, in a "behind the scene" position, I take great pride in my ability to interact comfortably with any and all customers, colleagues, and supervisors; paying special attention to each individual's needs.
