Fourteen years of experience in the medical field with a strong background in the Spanish language. In my current role as an Operating Room Surgical Nurse for Mercy One Hospital, I collaborate with several physicians and surgical staff in general surgery with a subspecialty in neurosurgery to ensure safe and efficient outcomes for intraoperative procedures. By collaborating with physicians, anesthesia, supervising management, and surgical staff I have been able to improve and strengthen the department workflow, scheduling, and process improvements. Throughout my time as a graduate nurse in school, I have presented several data analyses and process improvements that have assisted in teamwork satisfaction and helped decrease burnout within our working environment. I graduated on August 13, 2023, in the MSN Family Nurse Practitioner program at Walden University.
