Using the HIQA assessment judgement framework and guidance documents for disability services to take a pro-active approach towards meeting the regulatory requirements and drive quality in the service Leading and advocating for personal centred service by engaging with the residents receiving the service and their families. Maintain a high level of professional ethics and a rights-based approach to all decisions and actions – this is the standard that is set in the designated centre and through modelling this behaviour it is distilled out into the wider team to create a positive culture Maintaining professional standards concerning confidentiality, ethics. I demonstrate personal confidence in evidence-based decisions. -
