• Maintain the strategic direction of the IT function including Data, Voice, Systems Integrity, Hardware maintenance and contract negotiations.• Drive the Company’s Information Management processes ensuring a cross functional processes & adherence to milestones.• Responsible for Identification & Control of Business Risks including System Access, Data Security, System Continuity, Disaster Recovery, License Management & Control as well as Group Standards.• Manage IT Budgets liaising with Group IT and the Finance Controller. • Manage, Monitor & Maintain Windows and Unix Servers according to set standards including all applications and sub-applications running on them.• Manage, Monitor & Maintain the Network Infrastructure including all Network devices and peripherals.• Plan, Manage and Report the Performance of IT Projects – both locally and Group IT initiated.• Manage the IT team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and followed up.• Manage the Enterprise Resource Planning System and Ensure Data integrity on all systems.• Implement training programs for Information Systems users• Evaluate tenders and proposals for information services provision • and manage maintenance and support contracts.• Managing PABX systems – Panasonic and the Call accounting system• Keep a schedule and log of maintenance work completed by contractors.• Maintain inventory of IT equipment – hardware, software, radio and network equipment.• Manage User Accounts, File & Mail Servers, Software Licences
