• Develop implementation plans for operational projects, ensuring adherence to budget requirements, objectives, and scope • Establish strong relationships with a range of business and clinical customers to meet their needs and assist in collections, documentation, and business requirements• Negotiate with customers and vendors regarding project status, issues, and risks; discuss process workflow with customers• Perform discovery and analysis on new and existing legacy systems to understand the relationships and logic necessary to extract data for archival• Work with client stakeholders to understand legacy application workflows and requirements• Develop and execute data extractions from various EHR, and Patient Accounting/Management systems• Transform and load data to our web-based data archival platform, Ellkay, for long term record retention• Provide quality assurance on data archival work, verifying data integrity and data cleanliness• Manage multiple projects across the entire enterprise• Work and manage support tickets independently

• Lead teams of up to 5 subordinates to integrate dozens of health practices into the EMR system to enable uniformity across Northwell Health's database.• Liaise between the EMR team, clinical customers, and information technology teams to increase modularity across all go-live projects.• Create multiple reports and performance metrics for senior management to document areas of strengths and opportunities of each specialized project .• Maintains training and skill assessments, performance measures of practice standards, customer service and patient relations and provides feedback to practice managers.• Supplies practices with the appropriate resource materials, guides, reference documentation and other aids that will assist personnel in continuing to apply their learned materials to their daily duties.• Works with senior clinical application analysts in evaluating current and future state workflow evaluations in the ambulatory practices
