• Increase production and retention by maintaining relationships with agency partners in North Florida through both in-person meetings and phone conversations• Promote company products, train agents on changes to existing products and new online product technologies, and assist agents in placing business with NRS• Assist new and prospective agencies in the appointment application process• Identify and communicate changes in the marketplace regarding competitors

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service by building relationships with clients, answering coverage questions, processing insurance applications, and servicing policies• Evaluate and assess the insurance and financial needs of customers and ensure they are properly covered and protected• Marketing of agency including prospecting to new and existing customers and developing sequential marketing plans • Increase sales for agency by working internet leads and pivoting to additional product lines including auto, life, homeowners, renters, and bank products

• Perform administrative duties such as taking payments, answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, balancing the business bank account, daily bank deposit, ordering of supplies and purchasing responsibilities using company credit card • Coordinate all agency communications, including taking calls, managing calendars, responding to emails and interfacing with internal and external customers• Manage and maintain agents' schedules, including scheduling appointments, and making changes to appointments• Prepare documents for agents' meetings and presentations to clients• Handle Marketing of agency by developing web presence using social media, SEO, and direct mail
