At this design/build landscape firm, I am in charge of all essential office duties. This includes weekly payroll for a staff of 35, customer invoicing (A/R) and vendor billing (A/P) using QuickBooks, all paperwork for new hires and DOT paperwork, human resource administration and proposal preparation, commercial insurance administration, correspondence, internet research, purchasing, customer service and mailing list maintenance; as well as special projects that may come up.

Worked as Registration Representative and Admissions Representative. In these positions I registered and admitted patients, which included working with the patient to complete their file and ICD-9 diagnosis coding for insurance purposes.

Worked as Secretary to Philip Eiseman. Scheduled estimate appointments, typed proposals using MS Word and handled billing and accounts receivable.

Worked as Legal Secretary to Jeffrey Drake, where I used Dictaphone extensively. Moved to the position of Assistant Bookkeeper where I used Clockwork for billing and accounts receivable; One-Write plus for payroll and Paradox for mailing list maintenance.
