Directs the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs, and services for 330 employees at seven locations, including six motherhouses (retirement centers) and two health care centers. Responsibilities include system wide human resources oversight, including employment policies and procedures, legal compliance, recruitment and selection, compensation, training and development, employee relations and communications, and employee safety. Conducts the programs at all levels in a manner that fosters a workplace environment consistent with values and mission.
