Developing and implementing Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework across the school, I promoted teacher-student relationships and minimized disciplinary issues. Establishing a school-wide data team plus RTI/MTSS program that delivered Quality Tier 1 instruction and facilitated early identification of Tier 2 and 3 pupils, I augmented the quality and effectiveness of teaching, by identifying and mitigating individual skill gaps with the introduction of a Professional Learning Plan. Building strategic partnerships with NCR, MailChimp, Ebenezer Baptist Church, and Wheat Street Baptist Church, I achieved a Climate Star increase from 1 to 4 Stars by engendering a culture of high expectations and collaborative partnerships to promote the school's continuous improvement. I was awarded Beating the Odds recognition by the State of Georgia for 5 consecutive years and boosted job satisfaction from 39% to 59% actively engaged within 12 months by utilizing Gallup Strengths to unlock potential and realize career development. I hiked College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) by 22% by focusing on quality Tier 1 instruction and data analytics to garner valuable insights and realized double digit improvement in 4th and 5th Grade student achievement in all State Assessment core content areas, by making strategic budgeting, professional learning, and coaching decisions that supported the teachers' ability to provide quality Tier 1 instruction and utilize data to drive choice of teaching methodologies. I expanded student growth percentiles, illustrated by School's position on regression line in comparison with similar schools plus halved teacher absenteeism and minimized substitute expenditure by creating a supportive working environment, fostering a school-wide culture whereby teachers are valued, and incentivizing attendance.

Appointed by the Superintendent to transform leadership at a failing (N13) Middle School, I engendered a culture of excellence, high expectation, and collaboration to enhance academic delivery and student outcomes. Establishing an achievable mission and strategic objectives, I overhauled school processes and introduced criteria that aligned with Common Core Georgia Performance Standards (CCGPS). Implementing PBIS across the school, I ameliorated student-teacher relationships and promoted learning. Reviewing data to identify root causes, including discipline, attendance, and parental involvement, of student failure, I gained insights that enabled the development of intervention protocols that resulted in improved math and reading results. Devising and launching professional learning plans, I augmented individual staff development.
