Review then roll cost updates for new and revised BOM’s and Routings for incubators, freezers, cold storage units, and other Bio Units. Analyze weekly Purchase Price Variances, and Monthly Production Order Variances. Assist with update for Annual Cost Roll. Contract position thru MANCAN, closed March 2017.

Maintain project files and prepare quotes for GENERAC Generator Installations. Prepare Quarterly & annual Municipal Sales Tax Files, Obtain Permits, schedule inspections and Installations. Count physical inventories and assist with Inventory records.

For all assigned contracts, develop, maintain, and report on the contract value, delivery schedule with prices, budgets v. actuals and spend plans, labor and non-labor resource forecasts and analysis, ETC/EACs, profit analysis, unit cost curves, cash flow/cash forecasting, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Conduct financial analysis and reporting with the ultimate goal of identifying opportunities to lower costs and improve profits.

Process & Cost Reduction achievements :• Cut weekly payroll submission process to half-a-day from one-day utilizing enforcement, simplification, and vendor support strategies. • Worked with Quality group to develop up-loadable Scrap Transaction processing, thereby reducing a weekly accounting task from two hours/week to 10 minutes. • Re-designed Fringe Accrual process to be based on actual headcounts rather than division straight-line – resulting in $115K annual P&L savings to the plant.• Overhauled MRO purchase order process to improve expense visibility, budget research, vendor relations and yielded a four-hour per month cut in the expense accrual process.*******************************************************************Other Contributions : • Member of strategic planning staff for manufacturing plant operations.
