CA - West Region

• Support all Voluntary Sales by acting as a Voluntary Subject Matter Expert
• Responsible for developing West Region Voluntary Strategy in conjunction with RVP to achieve regional goals and home office goals accordingly
• Develop market level strategy with local Regional Sales managers to achieve/exceed market level goals
• Responsible for all voluntary sales for product, services, and platform; as well as enrollment results
• Support both National Account and Middle Market Segments
• Successful market prospecting for organizations with needs that our value proposition is an excellent fit

CA Supported West Region

Market the CIGNA Limited Benefits Plans (Starbridge) to large employer groups of 3,000 eligibles or more. Eligibles are defined as non-benefit eligible classes of employess (part-timers, hourly workers, employees in their benefit waiting periods, etc)Territory is the Western Region. Will work directly with producers and my Middle Market CIGNA Healthcare.
