I devised the strategies, drove innovation, leveraged technology, and continuously improved service levels & profitability. I served in the function of chief operating officer of a multi-million dollar business unit. During four years, we added more than 100,000 members, and received a three-year contract extension. Earlier , I developed expertise in account mgmnt leadership and business operations, highlighted by work with two world class healthcare organizations – United Healthcare and Cigna Healthcare. Over the course of my career I have managed staffs up to 500, budgets of up to $30 million and won numerous awards.
